I have been active in the fitness world for over a decade with an abundance of knowledge in regards to diet, weight loss, strengthing exercises, and general information on where/how to get started. Meal and workout plans available tailored to your needs.
As a child my mother always told me I should be a therapist with a less than ideal background and acing psychology to figure out myself and family I have over come severe mental depression, opioid addiction, self mutilation, as well as very abusive childhoods and relationships. I NEVER want anyone to experience the things I did and many psychologists offer a pill and and an ear but more often than not they cannot relate to what we are feeling/thinking. I offer my services in regards to advice on how to face/overcome these troubles as well as an open unjudgemental ear.
